Project: RNG and Fertilizer Facility – Alberta

Engineering and site integration for a waste management facility designed to utilize over 130,000 t/y of organic feedstock to produce 1000 Nm3/h of renewable natural gas and 20,000 t/y of organic fertilizer. The process utilizes thermal hydrolysis for animal materials, anaerobic digestion, fertilizer preparation, biogas upgrading, and grid injection.

Project: RNG facility – Alberta

Owner’s engineer and site integration for an agricultural renewable energy development utilizing over 140,000 t/y of organic feedstock to produce 3,000 Nm3/h of renewable natural gas. The process includes feedstock pre-treatment, anaerobic digestion, biogas upgrading, RNG grid injection, Combined Heat and Power (CHP), digestate management and nutrient separation / management.

Project: Seed Oil Refinery FEED – Alberta

FEED study for a seed oil refinery utilizing 300 MTPD of crude seed oil feedstock to produce 2,000 BBL/day of edible oil. The process includes feedstock neutralization, bleaching and de-odorization, truck-in and truck-out and tank storage.

Biogas Services

Biogas is a renewable source of methane gas, created when organic matter breaks down in an oxygen-free environment. This biological process is referred to as Anaerobic Digestion (AD). Biogas can be used to produce renewable heat, electricity, pipeline quality gas or transport fuel. Biogas provides a closed loop opportunity for multiple businesses, extracting energy while recycling valuable nutrients.
