THE UNITED WAY

Since 2017, we've raised

over $76,315

for The United Way through continued fundraisers and company donations.

What They Do

The United Way supports Calgarians in promoting mental health, socioeconomic well-being, healthy relationships, and social inclusion.

Through fundraising and company initiatives, we’ve raised over $76,315 to help them with their cause to support the city we share and love!

CANADIAN BLOOD SERVICES

By 2025, Obsidian staff are on track to make

over 70

individual visits to the Canadian Blood Services through recurring blood drives by our dedicated staff.

What They Do

Half of Canadians will either need blood or know someone who needs blood in their lifetime. The Canadian Blood Services manages the national supply of blood products for all provinces and territories, savings lives every day.

How We Support Them

Every 2 months, Obsidian Engineering organizes a corporate blood drive in support of Canadian Blood Services, and we are on track to make over 70 individual visits by 2025, doing our part to make a life-saving impact within our community.

CALGARY CORPORATE CHALLENGE

In the 2023 Games, Obsidian Engineering won

1st place

for the Green Division, scoring 14 podium positions across 35 events.

What They Do

The Calgary Corporate Challenge is a non-profit organization that serves to unify Calgary’s business community, focussed on increasing employee engagement and wellness, one event at a time.

How We Support Them

Every year, the Obsidian Engineering staff participate in the Calgary Corporate Challenge as a fun way to promote wellness and charity within the community, further fostering team work and increasing corporate pride.
